Analyzed cross-functional team processes to determine internal users pain-points that increased communication among team members.
Established best practices for communication, documentation, and workflow management for the Product, Engineering and Design teams for Agile methodology within Google Workspaces, & Jira.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions met product requirements along with stakeholder needs for current and future platform initiatives.
Designed UX/UI guided visual documentation for best practices in educational user experience for Figma Files and hand off processes.
Managed the company Figma Account, evaluated and established new design documentation and file organization to help designers and developers communicate better during the hand off process.

Launched new site wide updates for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance for users to navigate using keyboard focus along with HTML heading hierarchy on the teacher and student facing platform.
